Intersexion: A Documentary About Being Intersex

Intersexion: A Documentary About Being Intersex is a 68 minute documentary by intersex advocate, Mani Bruce Mitchell. The 2012 documentary weaves together interviews with numerous adults with intersex conditions, as well as some historical context -- offering insight into the impact of medical interventions, stigma and shame.

In this groundbreaking documentary, intersex individuals reveal the secrets of their unconventional lives – and how they have navigated their way through this strictly male/female world, when they fit somewhere in between.

A 2:39 minute trailer is available on the Intersexion website
