Save the Dates: Philadelphia Trans Health Conference

The Philadelphia Trans Health Conference typically draws several thousand people to the Pennsylvania Convention Center (Philadelphia, PA) each year.

This year, the main conference will be September 7-9, 2017 (Thursday to Saturday), with a likely Transfaith Pre-Event on the Wednesday before, September 6, 2017.

Transfaith recommends this conference for transgender and non-transgender community members because it is a great place to connect, to learn, and to experience a wide variety of transgender leadership.

  • Registration is FREE, which has brought amazing diversity
  • Programming for parents with young children, gender variant children, tweens, youth
  • YES! Family, friends, and allies are encouraged to join us
  • Topics ranging from medical and mental health to spirituality, relationships, and legal

After many years of involvement by overlapping volunteers, the Mazzoni Center has invited Transfaith to formally lead the strategic development of spirituality programming at the conference in 2017.

The deadline for workshop proposals is March 31, 2017.

To receive updates on the development of spirituality programming specifically, please sign up for Transfaith's Philadelphia Trans Health Conference mailing list.
