Second Transfaith "Being Brave Together" Retreat lands in Philadelphia

It was a lovely day for our second Transfaith "Being Brave Together" Retreat, this time in Philadelphia, PA. Germantown Mennonite Church graciously provided space for the event and lunch was supplied by Stephanie Torain of Janes Memorial United Methodist Church.

Participants for this event came from New York, Baltimore, Minneapolis, and Philadelphia, as we prepare to move cross country. In addition to Transfaith staff and board, leadership from both Trans*Buddhist and Black Trans Advocacy participated.

Transfaith will be hosting another "Being Brave Together" retreat in Philadelphia just after the Philadelphia Trans-Health Conference. We are now accepting registrations and are especially interested in accomodating folk who are traveling from out of town.
