Transgender Religious Leaders gather for Interfaith Luncheon
Trans-identified religious and spiritual leaders are invited to an interfaith luncheon roundtable to share concerns, learn from one another, and strategize for the future.
The luncheon will be facilitated by the Rev. Dr. Julie Nemecek and the Rev. Jayden Sampson, Esq. on the Providers Day (Thursday, June 11, 2009) of the Philadelphia Trans-Health Conference. Clergy, seminarians, ministers, deacons, and other trans-identified spiritual or religious leaders are encouraged to attend. There is no cost for the luncheon, but pre-registration is required.
The Transgender Religious Leaders Network is an emerging collaboration of transgender-identified religious and spiritual leaders, connecting to support one another and collaborate on diverse projects.
